Dr. Thomas "Pat" Collins is a classification and chemical specialist for Tuttle Law Offices. He holds a doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS), as well as a master's degree in biology. After consulting with Tuttle Law for nearly thirty years, he joined the firm full time nearly a decade ago as a primary resource for technical classifications in the HTS. He has extensive teaching experience as well, having taught in educations settings from the community college level to the doctoral level, both nationally and internationally. |
