Updated CTPAT Trade Compliance
Handbook Available

Customs and Border Protection has released the updated CTPAT Trade Compliance Handbook. It includes a revised CTPAT Trade Compliance Questionnaire with considerations to combat forced labor.

As part of the questionnaire, importers applying for the CTPAT Trade Compliance program will be required to disclose whether social compliance with Forced Labor is part of their social compliance program and of any subsequently identified incidents of Forced Labor within their supply chains.
