CBP’s Valuation Encyclopedia 1980-2021 is available for download on its website. The in-depth coverage of Customs valuation issues is organized by topic and includes summaries of CBP decisions and judicial precedents as well as pertinent text from the WTO Valuation Agreement, 19 U.S.C. 1401a and valuation regulations.
Changes from the previous version of the encyclopedia appear in red, making them easy to spot for users looking to peruse for updates.
