Updated Comprehensive List of Exclusions

On December 29, 2020 the USTR published notice of 14 new HTS exclusions and extensions (85 FR 85831). The product exclusion extensions are through March 31, 2021. The modifications to exclude additional products will apply as of January 1, 2021 until March 31, 2021.
