Section 301 China – Exclusion
Additions and Changes

August 24, 2020

On August 24, 2020 the USTR (85 FR 52188) published the following two additional subheadings to List 3, which are retroactive to September 24, 2018 and valid for entries before August 7, 2020. These additions are found under U.S. Note 20(aaa). Importers brokers and filers are advised to use HTS 9903.88.48 when entering merchandise.
