Section 301 China – List 3 Exclusions

On February 20, 2020, the USTR published in the Federal Register (85 FR 9921) 47 LIST 3 items that were granted exclusions to the Section 301 duties levied on goods from China on February 19, 2020. The 47 items compromise items such as desk accessories, fabrics of cotton, outdoor cookers, sewer hoses, aluminum shovels and more.

Use HTS 9903.88.40 for the exclusion. These exclusions apply retroactively to September 24, 2018 and are in effect until August 7, 2020.
