Stephen Spraitzar is associated with the Tuttle Law Offices in an “independent contractor” capacity after retiring in June 2016. He has over 40 year’s experience advising clients and litigating matters relating to classification, valuation, country-of-origin marking, special duty exemptions, drawback, C-TPAT, regulatory audits, antidumping, and penalty issues.
